Because most people have different insurance plans, we ask that you contact us prior to your appointment to verify that your insurance is accepted. We are always happy to answer questions about insurance.
For patients who do not have insurance, don’t worry! We accept all patients, regardless of whether or not you have insurance. In addition to insurance plans, we also accept the following payment options:

Scholes Family Dental Gold Club is a membership that will keep you smiling all year round. The savings of Gold Club Membership are evident from the first visit. Gold Club Membership gets all of your Preventative care (cleanings, exams, x-rays, flouride) at a discounted rate as well as a 15% discount on any other needed service provided at our office. Savings at EVERY appointment!
Membership Fees
- $320/year per Adult
- $250/year per Child (13 and Under)
Covered Services
- 2 preventative cleanings
- Exams at each appointment including Oral Cancer screenings
- Required x-rays needed throughout the year
- 2 Flouride treatments
Minimum of $95 of savings per year on diagnostic and preventative care alone.
In addition, Gold Plan Members also receive a 15% discount on all other treatment.
